Environmental approval conditions typically require reporting of compliance against approval conditions.  Good planning and tailored audit and inspection sheets greatly assist in the preparation of compliance reports.  Preston Consulting can review approval conditions and prepare and submit compliance reports to meet statutory reporting requirements or for internal use.  We have extensive experience in compliance reporting to satisfy requirements of numerous approvals including the Environmental Protection Act 1986, Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999 and Mining Act 1978.

• Works Approval Compliance Reports required by Part V of the Environmental Protection Act 1986
• Annual Audit Compliance Reports required by Part V of the Environmental Protection Act 1986

• Annual Compliance Reports required by the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999

We also provide independent external auditing services, internal auditing and checking, and can design and implement the environmental management system elements to meet the requirements of ISO standard auditing.
