Directors, Phil Scott and Catherine Pinchin, established Preston Consulting in 2009 recognising that experienced, independent and singularly-focused expert advice and management is essential to achieving objectives in a fast moving and dynamic environment. Identifying and managing to achieve specific outcomes for clients can be done in a positive, timely and ethical manner. Phil and Catherine set about creating a company that was able to communicate clearly, with a sound technical basis and the ability to set and achieve client objectives. Having worked in Government, industry and consulting, our team understands the full range of perspectives.
We are a professional group of environmental, technical, legal and commercial strategists and experts, who provide independent advice and management to both public and private sectors. We operate at a scale that enables our Directors to be involved in each and every project to ensure that the Client’s objectives are delivered.
Our team have extensive commercial, legal, environmental, agricultural, planning and project management capability and experience. We retain a team of professional personnel that form the core of our business – using their knowledge, skills, networks and experience to deliver optimal outcomes. All of our staff have been trained in RAB-QSA – Auditing Management Systems.
We have been pivotal in the establishment of a wide range of resource management and infrastructure projects. We have provided services ranging from due diligence, pre-feasibility and feasibility investigations, land access, Native Title and heritage management, primary and secondary approvals and industry implementation, compliance, research and investigations, right through to project closure and rehabilitation.
Our business is focused on servicing clients by clearly addressing their project objectives and time frames. We tailor the extent of services provided to clients from a full turnkey service to advice and facilitation in targeted project areas. We are flexible enough to either work from within your organisation or externally from our East Perth Office.
